In addition to renting this house directly through our website, you can rent it on VRBO. The West shore of Cayuga Lake is one of the nicest spots in the middle of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. We have been renting it to friends and friends of friends this summer with the construction underway, and it turns out that they love it...even when it is under construction with only one working bathroom. The new dock, new bathroom and refreshed kitchen make the house much more rental friendly, 2016 will be a banner year at the Painted Porch Lakefront Vacation Rental!

The Painted porch is located at Kidders with is on Cayuga Lake in the Town of Ovid, although the mailing address seems to be Interlaken. We are a stones through from The Busy Bee and O'Malley's Cabin the the Lake & a 2 mile walk along the Lake to Sheldrake Point Winery.
